Return and Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have ordered, you can return or refund them within 14 days of receiving your order's delivery for a refund or exchange.

Tarpaulin Store UK will pay return shipping costs, and refunds will be provided to consumers within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, except holidays and weekends, after checking that the available product is fresh and in unused condition.


Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected on the return journey. All returned goods must be brand new and have all of the official company's tags attached.

Products that are returned, damaged, lost, or modified somehow that deems unacceptable in its own discretion will not be approved by the company and returned to the customer. Items returned without any business tags attached would not be approved by the company in any circumstances.


If you want to return something, please email with your account information, order number, product information, return reasons, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We will respond with a return shipping label that you can use to return the item to the warehouse.

Email confirmation of refunds will be sent. The original shipping expense is non-refundable.


If the company receives a fresh and unused order, the company will refund the entire amount to the customer within 14 days of receiving the order.

We refund the entire amount, either by bank transfer or by credit card.


If a customer makes a mistake and places an incorrect order, we exchange policy in the following two cases.
